After hours visitors to La Viña will normally use
the Telephone Entry System at the Lincoln Avenue gate.
The System’s lighted key pad is located next to
the gate house door. The Visitor can converse with the
homeowner via the speakerphone on the key pad panel.
The Visitor telephones the homeowner from the gate by
1) finding the homeowners last name in the Directory display
(or entering the homeowner’s code number) and 2)
pressing the “CALL” button.
The homeowner can open the gate and admit the Visitor
by pressing the nine (9) key.
The homeowner can terminate the call by pressing the pound
key (#).
Report any problems encountered with the Telephone Entry
System to the Property Manager.
Gate Access for La Viña Homeowner Guests
To minimize delays at the gate, Homeowners can give the
names of expected guests to the Gate Attendant before
they arrive. Gate house telephone number is listed in
the homeowners telephone directory binder.
To admit a Guest while the homeowner is absent, the homeowner
may give the Guest a temporary gate pass code, which the
Gate Attendant can provide.
Sunset Ridge Road gate operates only by a gate remote
operator (garage door device).

Slow Down and Live!
La Viña streets are not the property of some government
agency but are owned and maintained by our Association.
Ensuring that La Viña streets are safe is an Association
responsibility. Speeding automobiles are, of course, the
greatest hazard. Speed limit is 25 MPH. Homeowners should
report the license plate numbers of speeders to the Property
Manager, who will then take action as stipulated in the
CC&Rs. The Association has paid to install speed bumps
to reduce speeding in the most hazardous areas.
